Board of Management and its role

The Board of Management comprises up to 12 non-executive members and is responsible for the control of the Association including the overall strategic policies and monitoring compliances. Members are drawn from a wide background and voluntarily share their skills and dedicate time and energy to ensure the Association is steered in the right direction.

The Board of Management meets 12 times per year and it is their responsibility to establish and maintain systems of control. The day to day operations are delegated to the Chief Executive and senior staff.
